At a Knicks game,  While seated courtside at a New York Knicks game, Bustard Rhymes dazzled the crowd with a youthful, new look.

Bustard Rhymes saw his hometown club take a 3-2 lead in the Eastern Conference playoffs on Tuesday, May 14, when the Knicks played the Indiana Pacers.

The 51-year-old rap legend posted a picture from the game to Instagram, displaying his notably thinner body and fuller head of hair.

He revealed that his 100-pound weight loss was driven by a health worry that followed an intimate interaction with his now-ex-wife in an interview with Men’s Health last summer.

At a Knicks game,  “I was having a really hard time breathing, so I got up and left the bedroom so she wouldn’t freak out when she saw me trying to be calm,” he explained.

“I felt that my attempt to breathe in wasn’t succeeding. Even though I don’t have asthma, I felt like I was having an attack. I forced myself to breathe and to relax as I made my way from the bedroom into the living area.

“That was scaring me so much that it was a minds***,” he continued. “I had to maintain my composure to make sure she didn’t hear me panic or gasp for air.” I’m attempting to calm down in the living room while completely nude.
